গত 10ই নভেম্বর 2006 আমরা ক'জন ডি-এক্সার দৈনন্দিন রুটিন কাজ ফেলে বেড়িয়ে পড়েছিলাম এক রোমাঞ্চকর ভ্রমনে।  আজিজুল আলাম আল আমিন (সুনাম) এর প্রস্তাবে একমত হয়ে আমরা অভিযান চালিয়েছিলাম, চাঁপাই নবাবগঞ্জের জনাব আব্দুস সামাদ মাস্টার ও নাচোলের আব্দুল মান্নান মাস্টারের বাসভবনে।  আমাদের এ ডিএক্স টুরের উদ্দেশ্য ছিল এই দুই বিখ্যাত বেতার শ্রোতাদের সানি্নধ্য লাভ করা ও সেখানে ডি-এক্স এক্সপিডিসন পরিচালনা করা।  সকাল 7টায় এস.এম,জে. হাবীব, নুরুজ্জামান সেন্টু, আজিজুল আলাম আল আমীন ও আমি আশিক ইকবাল টোকন, রাজশাহীর কোলাহল ছেড়ে প্রকৃতির কোলে হারানোর উদ্দেশ্যে বাসে চড়ে বসি।সকালের নাস্তা করতে যখন চাপাই নবাবগঞ্জের এক হোটেলে ঢুকি (বিশ্বাস করুন জীবনে আর কখনও সেখানে ঢুকবো না) তখন আমাদের হাবীব ভাই আগ-বাড়িয়ে অটো রিজার্ভ করা শুরু করেন। যা হবার তাই একটা প্রচন্ড রকম ধাক্কা খেলেন তিনি আমার কাছে। অবশ্য নাস্তা শেষ করে সেই বাহনই আমাদের পৌচ্ছে দিলো ধাইনগরে একদম সামাদ মামার (আমি তাকে মামা বলেই ডাকি) কাছে। তিনি রাস্তার ধারে আমাদের জন্যই অপেক্ষাতে ছিলেন।  মেঘলা আকাশ, গ্রামীন পরিবেশে একদম জমিদার বাড়ির মত সুবিশাল বাড়িতে আম

Broadcast media that cuts across the literacy barriers is one of the most important sources of information to poor and marginalised groups. But despite the recent diversification of cable and satellite television, a large portion of all Bangladeshis has no regular access to TV and radio. Only 10 per cent of all households and 0.6 per cent of households in the rural areas have a satellite connection.
