On the occasion of the 55th anniversary of Radio Havana Cuba, [shortwave station] invites listeners to participate in a competition marking that important date. The question you must answer is as follows: How do you evaluate the permanence of Radio Havana Cuba in the shortwave bands and its programming, 55 years after its foundation? The jury will award  5 Prizes and 50 Mentions , consisting in Cuban handicrafts and souvenirs from our station. Radio Romania International Announced another brand new contest for RRI Listeners on International Radio Orchestra Festival. Here the details from RRI web: Dear friends of RRI, you are once again invited to a prize winning contest: “The 3rd RadiRo International Radio Orchestras Festival”. It is dedicated to a unique musical event in Europe, bringing to the Radio Concert Hall stage 6 major orchestras and world famous soloists and conductors. Radio Romania is the organizer of the 3rd International Radio Orchestra Festival between 23 September and 1 October, the only musical event cultivating the skill and excellence of radio symphony orchestras around the world every 2 years, since 2012. Radio Prague Competition On the occasion of its 80th birthday Radio Prague is announcing a competition for listeners and website visitors. The main prize is a four-day stay in Prague for two, with accommodation and transport costs covered. Write and tell us  what you think Radio Prague will be reporting on in 80 years’ time.
